Mark the calendar: first snowfall of the season. This is the view from one of my living room windows. It looks cold to me, although I haven’t ventured outside yet this morning. In keeping with tradition, I will need to bake some cookies today. I like to bake a batch of cookies (usually something very simple) to mark the first snowfall of the year. Maybe some Russian Teacakes; they look a lot like snowballs.Have a wonderful Tuesday. God bless.
My children just woke up and are delighted. My black labs have been racing all over the yard, plowing through the strange white stuff with their noses. It's beautiful.
